Was curious what y'all thought about charging a small fee for those who'd like to represent their business here. For example, an FFL could be allowed to opportunity to create an account here as an FFL for a small annual fee. Then, we can create a sticky of all participating FFLs in the area for users to find easily. Of course, word of mouth is the best advertising, so users can comment on their experience with the different FFLs so new customers may have a better insight as to who they're dealing with. This could be the same for gunsmiths, Cerakote and graphics companies, etc.
Then of course, the question becomes, what to do with the money? Off the top of my head, funding some badass community range days with BBQs, drinks, reactive targets.... Something like that to tighten up the community.
What say you?

Ken Cunningham here from FB, thanks for the heads up on the invite to the board. I think that's a good idea, however circulation and member count is key. I'd be willing to advertise my 3D Printed Ammo Boxes on here, but again, member count is key. It'd be cool to get some people from the ARFCOM home town forum here as a more relaxed place to "forum".
Another idea for you would be a group buy forum where local vendors can set up group buys for lowers, uppers, parts, barrels... you name it.
